A private road leads you right to the entrance which is graced by beautiful rare palms. Rejuvenate and unwind on the large decks under clear blue skies in hammocks or chaise lounges as you gaze over the yachts as they glide by in the bay below. Feel the bright sunlight on your shoulders and hear the trade winds rustle the palm fronds. |
The refreshing trade winds drift through the main salons of each villa which are comfortably decorated with custom furnishings, rocking chairs and fully equipped kitchens. Featured throughout the villas are hand-crafted ceramics, carvings and furniture made by Culebrans and Craftsmen from the big island of Puerto Rico. |
The open-air two and three level style of architecture is extended into the attractive bedrooms that have sloped ceilings, large windows and tiled floors, accented by rich Brazilian hardwoods. Special features include spacious tiled bathrooms with oversized showers, ceiling fans, bedside reading lamps, clothes washers, gas barbecue grill and dishwashers. |

All our
units provide high quality accommodations. We pride ourselves
in providing our guests with a fantastic tropical vacation
experience with casual sophistication and comfort. The owner is a
very discriminating traveler, who demands that high standards always
be maintained in the villas.
As such, much care and effort is placed into preparing each
villa for the arrival of each and every one of our guests. And our
greatest satisfaction is that so many of our guests, even before
departure, are already making plans to come back!

We require a
minimum stay of three nights during regular weeks and seven nights
during holidays (Thanksgiving, Easter, Christmas, New Year’s,
President’s Week and the entire month of July). Special rates apply for
the weeks of Christmas and New Year’s.
In order to
secure a reservation, a deposit of 50% of total is required.
Full balance is due 45 days preceding the rental. These deposits
are non refundable unless the unit is rebooked, in which case a $75
service charge applies.
Also, please be advised that a security deposit is required at check in
and returned via mail. We
promote a smoke-free environment.
