You will be enchanted by the views from this privileged site close to the passenger ferry dock and Playa Melones. The scenic paved road meanders from near the post office to end at the Wildlife Refuge and mooring area, creating this quiet country setting that is only five minutes walk from town. Constantly changing vistas of water and sky stretch to Puerto Rico and Vieques and beyond. Access to the beach at Punta Melones is just across the road.

Two two-bedroom apartments are offered, each with private deck and private entrance.

Upper Level Apartment

The upper level apartment is about ten years old and is entirely on the second level and features easy access without steps due to the sloping lot. In its 864 square feet it has two bedrooms (each with queen size bed), one bathroom with a big, modern, tiled shower, and an open kitchen separated by bookshelves from the dining and living areas. The ceiling is open with ceiling fans. A covered deck overlooking the water stretches the length of the house and cools the interior. One of the bedrooms also has its own deck in addition to a giant open sundeck adjacent to the house.

Ground Level Apartment

The ground level apartment, entrance shown to the far right in the photo at the right, is about eight years old and consists of about 560 square feet. The bedroom with the big view has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. There is one bathroom in its 560 square feet. A private deck is attached.

The Upper Level Apartment of the Pastel House accommodates four Persons

The weekly rate for the upper level is $1,300 with a one week minimum stay

The Lower Level Apartment of the Pastel House accommodates three Persons

The weekly rate for the lower level is $850 with a one week minimum stay
