VILLA NANICHI WATERFRONT APARTMENT

 

Arrive by land or sea!  Villa Nanichi is located on a fresh and breezy site on the waterfront of Ensenada Honda with its own dock on the protected bay. 

The ground level apartament is offered for vacation rentals and accommodates up to six guests.

The waterfront deck which stretches across the front of the casita is a favorite place to relax, read, savor a morning cup of coffee, delight in watching the hummingbirds and bananaquits, observe the boat traffic and stargaze at night.

Villa Nanichi is located conveniently between the airport and town, about 1/4 mile from each, within easy walking distance of grocery stores and public transportation.  World famous Flamenco Beach is less than two miles away.

 

French doors open from the main living and dining areas to the spectacular views from the waterfront terrace and dock.

The dock accommodates boats up to about 28 feet in length.

  
 

There is a comfortably equipped kitchen and one bathroom.

The apartment is air conditioned although air conditioning is rarely needed due to the fresh sea breezes.

 		 
 

 

 The apartment has two bedrooms.  One of the bedrooms has a full size bed and the other bedroom has two bunk beds. 

 

 

A futon sofa in the living area converts to a full size bed.  All linens are provided.

One of the bunk beds has a full size bed on the bottom and a single bed above.

  

 

The waterfront apartment at Villa Nanichi is available on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

Rates:
Sleeps (6-8) Maximum 6 adults plus 2 children

$300.00 per night, minimum 2 nights on normal weekends and weeks.

$300.00 per night, minimum 3 night on US or Puerto Rico Holiday weekends or weeks.
For special Holiday weekends a 4 night minimum may be required due to a higher Holiday demand

After a six day stay, 7th day is free.

$5,000.00 monthly rental.

To secure a reservation we request a deposit of 50 percent. Payments accepted: Visa, Master Card or PayPal.

Balance is due upon arrival with a Visa or Master Card or PayPal.

The reservation deposit is 50% refundable up to 30 days prior to reservations.

If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival date, there is no refund.

A change of dates or refund will be allowed, if requested, when there is a storm warning.
