Palmetto (formerly Villa Nueva) is a welcoming, intimate guesthouse for the
active traveler looking to visit Culebra. Typically, our guests enjoy spending
their days at the beach swimming and snorkeling, hiking the various trails,
bird watching, or just exploring the island by bike or rental car. Since the
Palmetto is a small INN as our guest you will receive personal attention, as
we truly want you to have a great visit. :::
:::Additionally, the guesthouse is also a great place to stay if you visit Culebra not just for the outdoor activities but are also interested in meeting fellow independent travelers at the end of the day to exchange stories and discuss the day’s happenings. :::

::: To help ensure that you truly enjoy your stay we will do whatever we can within our means to make certain that you have a great time as our visitor. For guests with a lot of energy we have boogie boards for the ocean, a couple of bikes available, and even a dog that likes to go on long walks. Or, if you just want to relax we can provide you with beach towels, beach chairs, portable coolers, and directions to the beach. If you let us know in advance what activities you like to do while on vacation we will email you a list of our recommendations. :::
