CASITAS LA PERLITA
| Two new little studio cottages overlook Ensenada Honda and the Island. The Casitas La Perlita offer a quiet country ambience. |

Located about two miles from town, the two houses are easily accessed by paved roads. Casitas La Perlita are centrally located between the beaches so that each of the beaches is only a few minutes away by car. |

From the decks, the views include Ensenada Honda and the Island. |
Each of the casitas is available for one or two non-smokers. Each one
features two twin beds that can be combined to make a king size bed. They also offer hot water, air conditioning and a ceiling fan for comfort in all weather conditions. Covered decks overlook the countryside. Linens are provided. Laundry facilities are shared by the two casitas on this little half-acre farm.

Casita #2 is the smaller house. There are no stairs inside or outside of the Casita #2. |

 Casita #2 has a kitchen with full size refrigerator, a stove top, convection oven, microwave oven and all of the necessary accessories. The bathroom features a lovely tiled shower. |

Casita #1 The weekly rate is $750 The nightly rate is $125 with a four-night minimum stay.
Casita #2 The weekly rate is $725 The nightly rate is $115 with a four-night minimum stay.
