Rosa's Place offers two affordable apartments, a studio apartment for two adults on the second level and a one-bedroom apartment for four adults on the ground level, located only one mile from the incredible Flamenco Beach.

No car is necessary.  Walk to the taxi stand near the airport in just three minutes.  Restaurants, groceries and bakery are also within walking distance. 

Both apartments feature TV with satellite reception and free wireless internet access.  Bed and bath linens are provided.

THE COMFORTABLE SECOND-FLOOR STUDIO APARTMENT...

features a queen size bed, sleeper futon for two additional persons, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV with satellite reception and free wireless internet access. 

Amenities include a coffee maker, mini-bar refrigerator and microwave oven and dishes and utensils.

There is a small closet. The bright bathroom has a large tiled shower with hot water. Bed linens and towels are provided.

THE GROUND LEVEL ONE-BEDROOM APARTMENT...

 features a bedroom with a queen size bed, closet, TV with satellite reception, wall mounted fan and air conditioner.

There is a full kitchen with microwave, full size refrigerator, two-burner cook top, electric toaster oven, utensils and dishes.

The living room offers a sleeper futon for two persons, small dining table, hand made curtains and ceiling fan.  There is free wireless internet access.

The screened terrace offers additional seating and a dining table and a charcoal grill.

The Studio Apartment 

Nightly rate for two persons $75.  Rates may vary for major Holidays!
$15 additional per person per night applies for guests beyond 2 guests

The One Bedroom Apartment 

Nightly rate for 2 persons $95 during non peak season (May to November)
Nightly rate for four persons $115 during peak season (December to April)
$15 additional per person per night applies for guests beyond 2 (low season) or 4 (high season)


Peak season rates apply to holiday weekends
Holiday weekends require a two-night minimum stay
Check out time is 12:00 p.m. and a late checkout fee applies
Check in time is 1:00 p.m. (earlier if available)
