Villa Flamenco Beach is a small, light housekeeping, villa.

We have two efficiency apartments that accommodate four people each, and four studios that accommodate two people each.

The efficiency apartments on the first floor have a bedroom with full size bed. The kitchen/living room has trundle beds with a four inch foam mattress. The kitchens are equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishes, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, & ceiling fans.

The studios are on the second floor.
The two that face the beach have a small balcony and the two in the rear have no balcony.
They are all equipped with a queen size bed. The kitchenette consists of two burner stove top, refrigerator, dishes, pots/pans, toaster, coffee maker, ceiling fans as well as air-conditioning. There is hot water in kitchen and bathroom.

December 15th through May 30th require a minimum of one week for rental
June 1st through December 14th -- four night minimum for rental

Closed day after Labor Day to October 31st

50% deposit required for reservations.
Plus 9% Hotel Tax
21 day cancellation notice required for full refund
