At time of booking, 50% of total is required to guarantee reservation.
Deposit is refundable with cancellation notice of 30 days.
Cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit will be charged for cancellations.
Cancellation with less than 5 days notice will result in full charge of the rental.
There are no late arrival or early departure refunds.
