The casita sleeps up to 4 people. It features one bedroom with queen size bed, living room with queen size futon, and kitchenette that includes microwave, hotplate, coffeemaker, and mini-fridge for preparing simple meals. The private bathroom has a tiled shower.

This private one-bedroom casita is nestled into a residential hillside neighborhood among coconut palms, bougainvillea and hibiscus. A small veranda stretches across the front of the casita where one can sit, read, savor a morning cup of coffee, delight in watching the hummingbirds and bananaquits or stargaze at night. It is located 1.5 miles from one of the world's most beautiful beaches, Flamenco Beach, and is within walking distance of town, the airport and grocery stores. Public transportation to town and the beach is only two blocks away.
Air conditioners and ceiling fans are located in both the bedroom and living room and the casita receives lovely breezes from the harbor most of the year. |

 Beach supplies are available for your use including towels, umbrellas, chairs and coolers. Special amenities may be arranged upon request such as champagne, wine, or a tasting platter of cheese, fruit and crackers. |
