Casa Mariposa is a rustic house that was used by the owners for weekend family retreats. The current condition would be described as needing improvement.  It was completed in 1998. The construction is concrete base, wood frame with ply-cem exterior walls. This design was created to take advantage of the incredible views and delightful breezes. There are two structures. The living structure – main building is two floors. The lower level of 650 sq feet is currently used as a playroom and for storage but could easily be converted into many other uses.
